Dr. Elaine Valdov
Dr. Elaine Valdov, a representative to the United Nations, is a peace and human rights activist and President and Founder of the International Institute for a Culture of Peace, International Peace Ambassadors, International Young Leaders Summit, International Medical Assembly at the United Nations and Yoga Peace Ambassadors /Yogis Without Borders.
Dr. Valdov lectures internationally and is best known for championing and building initiatives worldwide - in support of the UN “Millennium Development Goals”, the UN “International Decade for a Culture of Peace and Non-Violence for the Children of the World”, and Young Leaders “Making a Difference in the World”. At UN Headquarters, she has held positions in international NGO organizations and initiatives including: Chair – Executive Committee of NGOs Affiliated with the UN DPI, Chair – UN NGO University for Peace Committee, Vice Chair – UN NGO Millennium Forum, Director – Task Force on Women Empowerment & Gender Equality, and Director – UN “World Week of Peace”.
Following September 11, she co-founded “Kid’s Corner” and was Director of September 11 Family Relations, leading programs in the US and abroad, to help families deal with the trauma of terrorism. She is currently a psychotherapist in New York City and a professional coach – focusing on “Finding Your Role in Creating a Culture of Peace”.
Dr. Valdov has received many esteemed awards from “Women of the Year” to the “Martin Luther King Hall of Fame Award”. Her education includes: BA – Indiana University; MA – New York University; Ph.D. – International University for Complementary Medicines; National Board Certification – Institute of Sociotherapy; and additional Ph.D. Studies in Clinical Psychology – Oxford, NYU, and Fielding Institute.

Jay Ponti
Jay Ponti is an American activist, musician and spiritual teacher. He is best known for creating
Peacelink Live!, a humanitarian events initiative and television program working to promote a shift in society, transcending political, religious, cultural and economic division. From its inception in 2008, Peacelink Live! has sought to bring together visionaries of peace and spirituality with mainstream socially conscious musicians, and inspiring its audiences to participate together in actions for peace.
For the past five years he has received personal training in the disciplines of yoga and meditation under the direct guidance of Himalayan SatGuru and Living Kundalini Kriya Yoga Master Yogiraj Siddahanath in his forest ashram outside of Pune, India. Jay has been trained and empowered to teach yogic techniques of the ancient Himalayan tradition of Mahavatar Babaji for the expansion of consciousness, kundalini awakening, and healing on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Before taking his leave to create Peacelink Live! he served as personal secretary to Master Yogiraj.
He has also received teachings from other Himalayan Masters, as well as renowned Buddhist Lamas such as H.H.the Dalai Lama, H.H.Kusum Lingpa, Garchen Rinpoche, Sogan Rinpoche, Tsewar Rinpoche, and Kechab Younge Rinpoche.
As lead guitarist, Jay Ponti is a has played with various artists such as R.L. Burnside, Jorma Kaukonen, John Hammond, Richie Havens, Robert Jr. Lockwood, Slash, Jerry Cantrell, and Kenny Wayne Shepherd, and most recently featured as lead player and vocalist for the Ooks of Hazzard.
He currently living in Los Angeles, and traveling internationally teaching meditation workshops and serving the peace movement.
